Agreement

By accessing or using the Dudes Drinking Bourbon website ("DDB", "we", "us", "the site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

This site is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction (21 or older in the United States). You must confirm your age before entering. The site discusses alcohol and bourbon culture. It is not directed at minors.

Alcohol disclaimer

Content on this site is for entertainment, education, and community discussion — not medical, legal, or investment advice. We encourage responsible consumption. Never drink and drive. Bourbon opinions are our own; your taste may differ. We do not sell alcohol through this website.

Site use

You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, overload our systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to harvest content without our written permission.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You may register with email and password. We may also offer, at our discretion, sign-in through third-party social or identity providers (such as Google, Facebook, Apple, or others). If you use social sign-in, you agree to that provider's terms in addition to ours, and you must still meet our age requirements. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. Administrative tools (including social posting automation) are restricted to authorized DDB operators and are not available to general members. User content

When you post comments or submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and moderate that content on the site. You retain ownership of what you write. We may remove content that violates our community standards — including our Law of the Fire Pit (no clout chasing, mooches, flippers, or assholes). Do not post unlawful, harassing, or infringing material.

Social platform integration

We use social platforms in two distinct ways:

• Optional member sign-in. We may allow you to sign in or register using a third-party account (such as Google or Facebook) if we enable that feature. That is limited to authenticating your DDB account. We do not post to your personal profiles through sign-in.
• Admin content publishing. Authorized DDB administrators may connect official DDB social media accounts (including YouTube, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) through OAuth to publish DDB content from our admin console. Visitors do not grant posting access by browsing the site or by creating a member account.

OAuth tokens and related connection data for admin publishing are stored securely and used only to post content on behalf of DDB. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare and may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and others). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of them is governed by their rules, not ours.

Intellectual property

DDB branding, logos, site design, and original content are owned by Dudes Drinking Bourbon or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view site content for personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DDB and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site in the past twelve months (typically zero, as the site is free to browse).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
